Hey dolls; it's Christmas Eve; I can't believe it. December has been a very busy month for me; working a lot and having less me time but thank God the holidays are here.

I can get into the swing of things.

Just got home from work and am helping (watching) my mum make preparations for tomorrow and  I just wanted to wish y'all a very Merry Christmas.

Whatever you're going to be doing; whether it's having family around or travelling, I wish y'all an amazing time and don't forget Jesus is the reason for the season. And family time; spending loads of time with our loved ones.....and stuffing our faces! Stay safe and beautiful.

Hiya dolls; how are you all? I am so so so tired as I have been working everyday and doing some long hours so I can't wait to have a few days off from Sunday. Are you guys excited about the weekend? I know I am.
I recently got invited to a Next bloggers event but I was unable to attend due to illness :( meh. 
Imagine my surprise when Next sent me a goodie bag and links (including) pics to everything that I had missed making me feel like I didn't miss out much, unfortunately there weren't any cocktails in my goodie bag .....:( 

et voila; the contents of my goody bag.

They included a pair of comfy house socks/shoes and oh my dayssssss, these have SAVED me in these cold cold evenings, girl you better pick up one for yourself.

I also got a candle which smells so nice; it's a yasmine scent and I might have just become one of those annoying bloggers that 'are obsessed with candles' lol oops.

I also got a cute little photo frame and a cute notebook that has Next blogger written on it; oh yea boy. Of course we all need pens because you never know when you need to sign for a check?!?......and finally a bag; let me tell you that I feel so thankful and blessed and very warm with my comfy socks on now.

My skin has been acting up A LOT recently and I have been breaking out; it might be the weather change or the fact that I started using a new nigh gel :(
So I decided to start all over; I stopped using the night gel and started using my Caudalie Instant Foaming cleanser daily.

Hiya my dolls, how are you all? Suffering from Monday blues? Well get ready to be cheered up.
Nokhuthula (a lovely girl) and I decided to do a collab showing 2 different ways to style a skater skirt.
I got this skirt from Topshop and it's a jersey material; I love it because you can style it so many ways and espescially now that it's autumn you can just pop a jumper on. Anyhow this is how I styled it!

Today, I am going to do a review on one of my favourite beauty products and it was mentioned in this post!! So the Maybelline Baby Lips is a collection of different lip balms that recently launched in the UK, you know obviously after the WHOLE WORLD has already had it. *rolls eyes* 

As you can see they are very colourful and pweeety!! And they all have different flavours; I bought 2 from Superdrug because they had a 2 for £5 offer and they were £2.99 each so I saved a little bit of money. *hair flick*

♥ Kiko Cosmetics Lipstick 613 Review ♥

Ciao dolls; how do you do? Hope everyone is doing amazeballs. Today, I am going to review the Kiko Lipstick I bought when on holiday in Italy. This is the Velvet Mat Satin Lipstick in 613 Pink Carnation.

First of all, this lipstick is such a pretty pinky-mauvey sort of colour and it's perfect for an everyday look, I wore it with my natural everyday look.

It is very moisturising and has a lot of colour pay-off and you can also build it up to a deeper pinky colour.

I added MAC cork lipliner to line my lips to give it a more natural look.

OOTD ~ Vintage with a Twist

Holaaa my sexy chicasss! (obviously someone is excited lol)

Hope you're all doing great; TGIF right. My mummy bought me this dress from Autograph in M&S and 

immediately it gave me the vintage feel so I added these huge sunglasses and dark plum lipstick.

I paired it with gold colured belt from Primark to cinch me in because the dress is just a bit too flowy.

There are so many great things happening in my life right now,feeling so blessed. What's new in your life?

Hello you gorgeous people; how are you doing? I see you survived yesterday's Monday blues but if you are still feeling a bit down, I am here to brighten your day. A whole lot.
So we all know London Fashion Week was last week and there was so much to see; unfortunately I wasn't able to attend but the internet is a great big place so I was able to catch up with the street style and boy was I blown away; here are a few I loved. How I style Florals

Hello my beautiful darlings; hope you're all okay and doing great. I assume you assume by the title that this post is gonna involve some floral item of some sort. I am sorry, I love florals so sue me. I wore this outfit on a day out shopping; seems that is all I do; anyhow I love these floral pants by Topshop, I just paired it with a basic top from Zara and a pair of my fave heeled sandals from Zara as well. This is an easy way to wear florals by making it chic. You can also mix prints and Nokhuthala does that the best.

Hello my lovelies how are you all? Hope everyone is alright and doing really well. Today I am excited to show you a few beauty things that I bought when I was on holiday in Italy. Trust me I would have bought a lot more but I am not a millionaire (yet) so I couldn't buy it all.
First stop I made was to Sephora because unfortunately we don't have a Sephora here in the UK (unfortunately).

Hey dudes and dudettes; I hope you are all great. Alas fall is so close by and summer is leaving us.(1 min of silence please).
I went on a dinner date with one of my friends and decided to debut this lovely floral high low skirt from Next.I have honestly had so much use out of this skirt this summer;it is so pretty,effortless and elegant, it gives the impression that I make an effort when I wear it but it's so easy to wear. If you get what I mean.
I can say for sure this was my summer skirt; hopefully I will be able to get some use out of it in the fall.
Alright enough of the gushing already, let's see it :)

From Italy, with Love

Hello my lovelies; how are you all? I went on a holiday to Italy for 2 weeks and oh did I love it; take me back please. I was able to travel to Rome, Modena and Genova and i had a great time visiting places and eating FOOD. If you have been following me for a while, you would know that am black italian so it was nice to visit home, see some family and get my italian language back up cos I was really slacking. Anyways am gonna shut up now; enjoy the pictures....

I have been getting into skincare recently because as an oily acne prone individual (oh the joy) I really have to look after my skin as I wasn't blessed with perfect skin.
So I recently got a sample of the Wei Black Soy Instant Lifting Face Treatment Pad (such a mouthful) in a glossy box and I just got round to trying because I just felt like my skin needed a lift and oh did it lift it.

Anyways back to my outfit; this was just a chilled kinda day; I love these treggings from Topshop; they arre my AA riding pants dupe and they are a lot cheaper!! The topshop ones are £25 but the AA ones are £64 so am saving a whole lot. They are high waisted and they are very comfy; love them!!!!

Crush of the week: Charlize Theron Oscars 2013

OMG!! Ever since I saw this beautiful lady at the Oscars 2013 (when I say saw I mean on the tv and pictures, I was NOT at the Oscars lol) I have been so IN LOVE with her.

She looked soooooooo flawless and just sensational.

1. The hairstyle; omgosh the hairstyle suits her so well and with those cheekbones, she is serving us with FIRE!

2. The makeup was absolutely flawless and on point; she went with minimal makeup, there was literally nothing on her eyes and she had this glow about her and her lipstick was nude with a bit of peach in it.

3. Her dress was so classy; it was a white Christian Dior Couture dress and she killed it.

I am so in love with her right now; other people looked amazing but she stood out the most for me.

Date Night Outfit Ideas ♥

So Vals day is past and some of us have resolved not to be single come February 14, 2014. Lol.
Okay so I guess you're going to be needing date outfits to sieve through the frogs before getting to your prince......
I have come up with 4 outfits that can be worn on a first date or on date night with le boo.

1. The LBD (the little black dress)

The LBD is a very classy dress and its very easy to accesorise; all you gotta do is add some heel, a clutch bag and a statement necklace piece if you wish.

Outfit 2 : Glamour is my middle name

I love this statement skirt from New Look with a slit and to tone it down I added black and gold.This does not make the outfit over the top (OTT) but makes it tatseful.

Outfit 3: Lace it up

Some of us ladies are more reluctant to wear bodycon dresses or show a bit flesh and this outfit is perfect for you; this lace top adds some feminine touches to the outfit.

Outfit 3 : It's all black and white

Take your date's breath away with this amazing dogtooth that instantly creates a slimmer waist.

The black at the sides also makes you look smaller .
